Thinking about what I could contribute, I have not been a model builder but one of my friends built model cars, I decided to give it a go when lockdown started as now I had a bit more time. Long way to go yet but you can all see where I am up to. It’s about twenty inches long with a lot of detail and can make me scream at times but probably good therapy.
Each wheel is individually spoked with tweezers and takes hours.

Shirley McKain’s hobby is Patchwork and Quilting. She made this lovely Peter Rabbit quilt for her grandchildren.
Just before lockdown our first grandchild was born in North Wales. We managed to see him once before the travel restrictions were implemented but since then we've only seen him onscreen in family Zoom meetings.
So, when the weather has driven me away from the garden I've been knitting for the newest member of our family as it makes me feel a little more connected and it's lovely to see him wearing something that I've made (even if it's only for the photograph!)
Ever hopeful, I've started making things to sell at the Welton Church Christmas fair (I didn't say which Christmas!) The silver winged angels are to give away.
The socks and the Shetland hat are for me! Jane Thompson.
